Egg-Cellent Egg Contest
Contest Expectations for Participants registered in 4-H Online
● $15 fee per participant due by & register by September 8th,

● Participants must participate in two mandatory training sessions held via live or recorded Zoom:
1.). September 12, 5:30 p.m., Overview Zoom
2.). September 26, In-depth Zoom
○ 5:30-6:15 p.m. – Cloverbuds & Juniors
○ 6:20-7:30 p.m. – Intermediates & Seniors
- Monday, November 6, Submit up to 2 1⁄2 dozen eggs (6 eggs) in two different categories based on…
-color (brown, white, blue/green) &
-egg size (peewee/small/med or large/extra large/jumbo)
Label each carton with contestant name, county, age category, shell color (b, c,w), and size category (pw, s, m, l, xl, j).
- Must complete the supplemental portion AND submit eggs for judging to receive a t-shirt and ribbons/awards
