The Women in Ag is a two-day conference open to anyone interested in agriculture in northeastern North Carolina and will be held on September 17-18, 2021, at the Nash County Ag Center (1006 Eastern Ave, Nashville, NC). Primarily led by women, experienced extension agents, specialists, and industry volunteers who will share valuable knowledge and provide hands-on training to allow women to build confidence in repair, maintenance, and farm safety.
Topics will include, but are not limited to:
– Tire Patching and Maintenance – Livestock Fencing – Building and Maintenance – Beekeeping – Agricultural Stress in Ag Families
Women in Ag participants will also receive a t-shirt and a 5-gallon bucket filled with promotional goodies!
Registration for Women in Ag is $25 per person. All participants can register online at go.ncsu.edu/women-in-ag. Registration is due by Friday, September 3, 2021.
