2026 Halifax County 4-H Programming Survey
Halifax County 4-H is planning for 2026, and your input matters. Parents and guardians of youth in Halifax County, please take a few minutes to complete our quick 4-H Programming Survey and help guide us in offering programs that are engaging, low-cost, educational, and truly what our community wants. Your feedback will help shape future 4-H opportunities across the county. 4-HOnline is now open for new enrollments and re-enrollments! A 4-HOnline profile is required for any youth participating in any 4-H programming—including Summer Day Camp. If you think your child may take part in Halifax County 4-H programs this year, go ahead and enroll or re-enroll now. Your future self will thank you!

Halifax County 4-H is collecting items for our Birthday Kit Service Project, and we need YOUR help! Donation boxes are placed throughout the county at: 🎁 Halifax County Health Department 🎁 RRGSD Schools 🎁 Halifax Cooperative Extension Office 🎁 The Rock: Home of Myrick's School of Dance and Valley Cheer 🎁 Hasty’s Holistic Health and Wellness — The Shake Spot (Donate here and write your name down for a chance to win a gift card!)We’ll be collecting items throughout the Holiday Season and well into the New Year. Be on the lookout for even more donation locations coming soon!

2026 Presentation Workshops
Calling All 4-H Youth — Get Ready to Shine! 🌟Public speaking and presentations help youth build confidence, leadership, and communication skills that last a lifetime. Join us for Presentation Workshops to prepare and polish your presentation in a fun, supportive setting.
Youth are encouraged to attend two prep sessions on March 26 and April 23 to learn tips, organize ideas, and practice. Then take the stage at County Activity Day on May 7, which will serve as a final dress rehearsal before District Activity Day.
