WHAT IS AIRE? AIRE (Application, Resume, Interview, and Essay) is a workforce development and college prep program. Youth, ages 11 – 18 are eligible to participate in this program in one of two ways.

- Choose to participate competitively or noncompetitively (as in a simulation/"mock")?
- Email how you choose to compete, and your AIRE packet to lee_peoples@ncsu.edu, by 6/2.
