NC 4-H CONGRESS – WORKSHOPS, STATE OFFICER ELECTIONS, HONOR CLUB TAPPING, CANDLELIGHTING CEREMONY, SERVICE PROJECT, TALENT SHOW, DANCE & MORE
Cost: $250
Includes registration fees, facilities, program supplies, Sunday lunch, Monday lunch and dinner, Tuesday lunch, and an event t-shirt. Lodging costs are additional.

Remaining due must be paid no later than Friday, July 14th.

Our service project is “Hooked on Books” NC 4-H Congress delegates are asked to bring & donate 2-3 books to NC 4-H Congress for our Hands to Service program. Transportation will be provided by Halifax County 4-H.
Halifax County 4-H Congress Incentives
Up to $125/youth in discounts for Halifax County 4-H Youth: If you participated in the following 4-H Activities, See your discounts below:
$50 for County Activity Day Presentations
$25 for submitting a Project Record Book
$25 for attending Achievement Night 2023
$25 for service project completion verified by club leader
***Hotel Lodging fees are $125 for all 3 nights including breakfast pending parent/guardian approval. See below:

Congress Participation Steps:
- Register by June 23, through your 4-H Online Account.
- Submit by June 23, Parental/Guardian Consent for Halifax County 4-H Activity Lodging Form to lee_peoples@ncsu.edu

- Remit no later than Friday June 23rd, Nonrefundable deposit of $50.00 pay to the order of “Halifax County.” Remaining Balance due must be paid no later than Friday, July 14th.
NOTE: If you cancel, you will be responsible for reimbursing Halifax County 4-H the entire cost to attend. The cost is $250.
