Volunteers Needed for Hot Dog Concessions, T-Shirt Sale and Alumni Registration Tables to Raise Awareness of the need for volunteers in Halifax County and to Support All Halifax County 4-H Programming.

Hot Dog Chili; Cole Slaw; Catsup; Mustard; Diced Onions; Plain Potato Chips (individual serving bags);Bottled Water;Ham Biscuits; Sausage Biscuits; Fritos (individual serving bags); Shredded Lettuce; Salsa; Shredded Mexican blend Cheese or Taco seasoned shredded Cheese; Sour Cream (possibly single serve); Blow Pops; Donuts; Paper Towels; Use of a Fan?

4-H Youth can earn “Clover Bucks” for assisting with this event.
“Clover Bucks” can be used to offset expenses for the 4-H’er to attend future 4-H events. 4-H Staff can provide you with details regarding “Clover Bucks.”
Sunday morning, August 20
7:00 a.m. – Concessions will begin final set-up
7:30 a.m. – Food & T-Shirt Sales begin
Times for shifts will be determined once we know how many workers are available to help.
